Instructions:
1. Put on a lot of dark eye makeup and bright lipstick.
2. Spread hair mousse through your hair. You want it to stand out…way out.
3. Find some rubber bracelets, keeping in mind that it’s impossible to wear too many.
4. Put on a black push-up bra.
5. Wear it under a white lacy top.
6. Pull on lacy leggings.
7. Put on a short miniskirt in any loud color.
8. Wear army boots, or the clunkiest shoes you own.
